Hi Dianne, we haven't tried this, but I suspect it will work best to peel the peaches for the purée, and you may need to adjust the sugar slightly, depending on how sweet your peaches are, but remember that the whipped cream will dilute the sweetness somewhat. This Peach Mousse recipe may also prove helpful.
