Yes, Michelle. Feel free to replace the all-purpose flour in the crust with Gluten-Free Measure for Measure Flour. If you find the crust mixture feels slightly dry, add 1-2 tablespoons of additional butter to help it come together. Other than that, nothing else needs to be changed. Happy GF baking! Kye@KAF
