I've made this once and everyone loved it! I want to make it for an event this weekend, but it is supposed to be HOT and it may have to stay in a cooler for a couple of hours before serving. You recommend freezing it for 30 minutes - do you think it could freeze a little longer and then sit in a cooler? Will the gelatin help the cream stay together? Yes, and yes - freeze as long as you like, and then keep in the cooler; the gelatin will help it stay firm. Enjoy! PJH
