Hi, Could I make this in the bite-size cheesecake pan? If so, how long would I bake it? Thanks! Don't see why not, Angelica - bake the crust until it starts to turn golden brown. Not sure how long that would be, but keep your eye on it. Once the crust is done, remove the pan from the oven, and cool completely before adding the filling. No need to bake the filling. Enjoy - PJH
