I was thinking of using this mousse as a cake filling with a chocolate cake. Do you think half the recipe would be enough for a regular 9'' round two-layer cake, with each layer split and filled, or should I make the whole recipe? Or, perhaps I’d just put filling between the layers, like frosting with a normal cake. Either way would work, I think. Thanks! Claire, half the recipe should be fine, I'd think - Enjoy! PJH
