I made strawberry mousse for our Easter dessert using whipped egg whites instead of heavy cream ... never thought to put it on a shortbread base! That's inspired! Thanks for all the great stuff you give us! What a nice, light dessert for a big holiday dinner - thanks for sharing here. PJH
