Would this work with sugar free gelatin? Linda, I'm betting it would - it would turn the mousse bright red, but what the heck, right? You'd want to cut back on the sugar in the recipe. I haven't tried it so no guarantees, but I think it would be just fine. Let us know, OK? PJH
