OH YEAH - this is a FOR SURE! Strawberry shortcake doesn't always seem a good option for only two people (as in keeping the shortcake freshy tasting) AND, my mom used to make something like this when I was a kid - oh yeah will be making this soonest as we have good strawberries in our stores now!
