I made a recipe for cream puffs from another site, and filled them with chocolate whipped cream. I froze them filled, and ate them frozen like mini ice cream sandwiches! They were good, but best sat our for a bit so the filling isn't so frozen. I'm going to try this recipe this weekend to care for my sick hubby
