Hi Sue! Bake at the same temperatures but cut the time by approximately 1/3. Rather then time though, what you are really looking for is color and outer crisp. Be sure you do not see any beads of moisture on the surface. If you do, they will need some more time. Once you prick a hole I may recommend turning the oven off for the 5 minutes. You are making mini puffs which dry out quickly and do not need that extra blast of heat. I would not want them to loose their beautiful golden color and become too dark! Enjoy! Elisabeth@KAF
