I recall my mom who was german and loved t obake make cream puff sand stand them on top of the old green stove we had i nthe kitchen so manytimes We lived in washington Heights and my Mom died there atthe age of 103..I can almost smell them. so will make them next week and know they will be great with whip cream or chocalate pudding oozing out of them. so many memories as i was an only child.
