I've always liked making cream puffs and once split in half, I put chocolate pudding in the bottom half and whipped cream on the top half, and then putting them together. Yum! Wow, Sharl - now THERE'S an idea! Something for everyone, eh? I'll have to try this next time - thanks. PJH
