I did not see a posting for your molasses cookies and I think they are the best after choc. chip. When I was a child we bought some like them from a bakery. I can now duplicate my favorite cookie. I use my thumb to make an imprint in the center and put jelly in the middle and they are just like the old timey ones. Thank you. Molasses cookies are definitely in the top 15, Thomas - and would be even higher if you put the reviews of a few of the similar molasses cookies recipes together... Cape Cod Soft Molasses Cookies are my current favorite - is that the recipe you like? PJH
