King Arthur still didn't answer the question which is also my question; If one is using the King Arthur Recipe for Oatmeal Cookies, & one uses Steel Cut Oats, you said to cook the oats or soak them first. How long does one cook the Steel Cut Oats or soak them before they are ready to be used in the cookie recipe?
