Thanks for asking, Lora. Either will work, but, if you have the time and resources to separate the whey from the yogurt, go for it! If not, using the full yogurt is just fine, you may simply need to thin out your batter a tiny bit with some milk since it's thicker. Baker's choice! Annabelle@KAF
