I just used this recipe with adjustments for what I had on hand and it is definitely a winner! I always have more kefir than I can use so I make cheese with the excess. I always have lots of kefir whey! I only had about a cup of whole wheat flour so I added 1/2 c rye flour and 3/4 c unbleached white flour. Instead of blueberries I used strawberries and rhubarb. Delicious!
