What I can't understand is why you are buying yogurt and draining it. Why don't you buy milk and make the yogurt, then drain it. Tons of websites telling how. I have been doing it for a year or more and would never dream of buying it to drain. The whey is indeed wonderful to use for anything in cooking that needs liquid. A
