thank you I was wondering how to fit it into my food plan. I make greek yogurt at home and drain it through cheese cloth and in one day it is so nice and thick and yummy I eat it plain. I make a deep pocket in a bowl with the cheesecloth and clip the cloth with binder clasps to hold it up from falling in the whey. I'm happy to hear that it lasts and freezes because I hate to waste anything. I also find I am spending half of the money for a better quality greek yogurt. I dislike any of the ones in the market now.
