I have just bought a Euro Cuisine Greek yoghurt maker (on sale for $21 from Amazon) - and made my first batch last night from home made yoghurt! I looked at the whey - and wondered what else I could do with it and found this web site! Wonderful - I make my own bread so will keep the whey and use it for the bread - do you just use cup for cup for the water ? Thank you ! Jean
