What a great idea! Is there any other way to obtain whey other than by draining yogurt? Just curious .....I can't wait to try this out! I think you can buy whey powder, Amy - not sure how it compares, but it might be an option. You can also get whey from the cheese-making process (remember Little Miss Muffet and her curds and whey?). But I'd assume draining yogurt (or buying powdered) is a lot easier. PJH
