I've made this before and it's absolutely delightful. Because I've made it before is the reason why I'm making a double batch. I freeze in small silicone molds, pop in a bag and it's ready whenever I need some delishiness.

Eggs, rice and some bacon jam mixed in is a wonderful quick meal for breakfast or dinner. Burgers are elevated, Anything you use this on is elevated. And it's so easy. It will drive you crazy, in a good way, while you make it! So make some, it's one time when the end product is well worth the work!!!
