Oh, how I LOVE bacon jam. We had it at a BaconFest at a friend's house last year with corn fritters. Nummy-liscious! Thanks so much for the recipe! Holy cats! I never thought of having it with fritters. Must be my good karma that I bought a deep fat fryer last month. Thanks for sharing! ~ MaryJane
