I just made these. Delish!! I make granola, had it on hand and was excited to combine it in with another recipe. This batch has dried cranberries and pecans - good flavor to the muffins. For the batter, I used half all purpose flour and half whole wheat flour (it's what I had) and love the results. I don't make muffins often, so appreciate the steps to success! It definitely makes a difference to tip the muffin when cooling. Thanks for the goodness!
