Fat is not the enemy. That's an outdated notion. I have athlete friends whose diets are over 50% good fat. I make my granola with coconut oil. I also substitute coconut oil for any canola or vegetable oil in recipes, as those are NOT healthy. Try good quality honey instead of sugar.
