Hi Kelly, you can use the same ratios when feeding your starter with whole wheat flour, although it will likely be a tad stiffer and ferment slightly faster than your starter that is fed with AP flour. It will take several feedings at room temperature for your starter to fully convert to whole wheat flour, but that doesn't mean you can't use it in the interim. Just don't expect it to deliver the properties of a whole wheat starter until it has had time to adjust to its new feeding source.
