I had a sourdough starter that I kept alive for many years started from organic grapes. It died during construction on my home when somebody moved it into direct sunlight for several days. I actually cried. It took years to develop that amazing taste. I just received KAF sourdough starter, but only have bread flour. Can I use this to feed my starter instead of All Purpose?
