Hello, I have a ceramic casserole pot with a lid that has a small whole for steam 1/4 in diameter. Is this ok for long-term storage in the fridge or should it be more air tight? I could but a vinyl sticker over the whole I'm thinking but only if I have to. Thank you for helping. I'm just getting started on this adventure.
