What happens if one doesn't pull discard, stores in the frig for slow growth (due to work infering with baking), adds a small feed every couple of days? then once a week, gives a big feed with overnight growth to use in the morning? Can the colony stabilize and accept that as "normal"? Is it creating lower quality starter because some material is "old" vs the new?
