Hi,
I made a sourdough starter and fed it tonight thinking of baking tomorrow morning. I checked it three hours later and it had already doubled in size. I put it in the fridge again. Can it be too active? Can I bake form it directly from the fridge tomorrow morning? Do I need to feed it again? Any help would be appreciated!
