I currently have a couple starter recipes "starting" (not yet at the doubling in size stage but I'm seeing some fermentation and I am using different flour combos in each). Is this discard able to be used? Would I have to keep the 3 different discards separate? How long will sourdough discard store if kept in the fridge?
