So I started my sourdough starter with KA whole wheat flour then switched to APF for day 2, 3, and the first feeding of day 4. I didn’t realize I was using bleached APF...not unbleached(it was ;left over from my wife’s Xmas cookies). I switched back to KA whole wheat flour for 2nd feeding day 4 and both day 5 feedings. Day 6 I switched to unbleached KA APF. Did I ruin this by using bleached flour for a few feedings? My day 6 starter still looks like it did day 3...pancake like consistency and bubbles.
