We keep a cool house. 68 degrees, lower overnight at this time of year. It's tough to get much bubbling. I started adding a pinch of sugar to the feedings and some subdued bubbling started. And doubling in size doesn't seem to be in the cards. But it smells good (I think, with nothing to compare it to.) ; I'm going to try kneading a test loaf today and letting it ferment overnight. Any tips on cool weather starter raising ?
