That's correct! Since this blog is now 8 years old, we highly recommend using our Sourdough Baking Guide as a resource. It's newly updated and very comprehensive, easily navigatable, includes an FAQ's page, a glossary, and videos. It also includes directions for maintaining the starter including the intructions for how to increase the size of your starter on the "Maintain" page. This guide is a wonderful resource to bookmark.
