Hi ! My starter is 6 days old and rising nicely each day, colour is lighter than in the beginning (I use rye) and it smells nice. It's not bubbling though, it just rises each day a lot.. it's also not very liquid but more of a doughy consistency? Is that wrong or, as long as it rises and smells nice, it's ok?
