I refrigerate my starter and feed it once a week. It's probably 5 years old. We will be gone for a little less than a month. Should I just feed it before we go and feed it when we get back? How about freezing it before we leave, thaw it when we get back and then feed it? And, my last option would be just to start over. What's my best option? Thanks!
