Hi Sheri! Since you need to have a total of 453.5g (let's round up to 454g to keep things simple) which would give you enough for the 340.5g for your recipe and 113g leftover, you'd want to take that total amount (454g) and divide it by three, which is 151g. So you'd reserve 151g of your starter and feed it with 151g water and 151g flour. Happy baking!
