Hi Susan! We might suggest using warmer water when you feed your starter next time, which can help encourage fermentation especially if your house is on the cooler side. You can also use whole wheat flour for your next couple of feedings, often times the extra nutrients from the whole wheat can help give your starter a little boost to help get it on the right track.
