My starter is going on three weeks, and it’s had a few large bubbles and a good smell for a while. But it’s not rising after feeding at all. I tried your beginner’s sourdough bread recipe with added yeast, and it came out tasty but fairly flat. My house is cold (65*) right now, so I’ve been leaving it in the oven with the light on and the door cracked open, which seems to hold low 70s. What should I do?
