Laura, unless you fed the starter with paint thinner, it'll probably be just fine — it's a very hearty creature! You can continue using bread flour or go back to all-purpose. If you use bread flour always, you might have to add a little extra water to get it to be that thick pancake batter consistency because bread flour absorbs more moisture than all-purpose flour does.
