Hi! I have had my mother’s sourdough starter in my refrigerator for 10-years without being opened! I want to make crescent rolls. I took it out and it had dark amber color, so I stirred it. I put .25 cup of flour and .25 water in and stirred it. Should I leave it on the counter till it grows and then use it?
