Alicia Gillman November 9, 2018 at 12:15pm Hi, I'm an infrequent baker, so I have my starter in the refrigerator. I pulled it out yesterday to check on it, and I noticed a moldy smell to it. I see no visible signs of mold, and I didn't expect mold while it's refrigerated. Should I dump it? Reply
