I have starter from a friend and I have been feeding it but I used King Arthur Unbleached bread flour and it seems to be rising a lot. I switched today to Unbleached regular white flour. Did I ruin my starter or it will be fine. It’s rising triple from the feeding this morning. I’d like to bake sourdough bread Friday. Should I put it in the refrigerator or leave it out and still feed. Thanks
