Hi Teddy, we're glad to hear you found this resource helpful! Your sourdough starter should be loosely covered while it's in the fridge. A lid will keep it from drying out. Avoid using a tightly sealed lid because you want to allow some gas exchanged to occur. A lid slightly ajar will be perfect. Happy baking! Kye@KAF
