I'm brand new KAF sour dough. I just got my starter from a friend and don't have time to order the unbleached KAF before I have to feed my starter. can I use any kind of unbleached flour until I can get the flour from the website delivered? and how do I know when its ready to bake? is there a certain amount of days? I'm doing the fridge bread. thanks!
