Hello! I am new to sourdough starters. I started it with whole wheat and the second day it just took off, doubled and everything. I read that it is a good idea to switch it to all purpose flour so for the last couple of days I have fed it 1/4 whole wheat and 3/4 all purpose and it just doesn't rise anymore. It doesn't have any hooch and it bubbles but it doesn't double in size. Should I go back to the whole wheat or does it take awhile for it to adjust to the new flour?
