Hi - Great instructions but I have a question please!!! I made the king arthur starter recipe and it took 14 days to start doubling/super bubbly but it's perfect now! It's actually doubling in only about 4-6 hours... So I got worried and I fed it, then let it sit out on the counter for about 3.5 hours, then I refrigerated it. But by then it had already raised to double the amount. It's super bubbly / holey on the sides and top. Do I need to take it out and feed it again? Is it normal to raise this much so fast? Thank you!!!
