It's always worth giving it a shot, Annie. It sounds like you've got nothing to lose! Discard all by 1/2 cup of your starter and then add back in the correct amounts of flour and water. (Use a scale to measure by weight if you can.) Hopefully your starter begins to bubble and expand with a few feedings. Fingers crossed! Kye@KAF
