I got some bad directions the first and second time I fed my starter. What I did was feed it flour and water, then refrigerated it. After reading more , I realized my mistake, but is my starter done with now that it has two much flour and not enough time to ferment in between feedings? Or can I resurrect the starter by following the right way to feed at room temperature?
