I started my starter 5 days ago, by day 2 and 3 it was starting to bubble and rise. I've been feeding it twice daily, as per the instructions on your website, but it hasn't bubbled or risen at all since that one time. Its been sitting out at room temperature as well, my house is pretty cold though, 60 degrees, but I keep the starter on top of a warm appliance. What am I doing wrong? Is there something I can do to help or should I start from scratch? Thanks!
