I am bookmarking this page. It was SO helpful for me to read your instructions and photos on how to feed a refrigerator starter. Today was my first weekly starter feeding, which I did based on a video I watched last night. But I still doubted my ratios (I added 100 g of warm water and 100 g of flour to 100 g of starter) and didn't think it looked right. Now I'm confident about what it looks like, and that leaving it out to rest a couple hours was a good instinct. Thank you!
